Late Onset Deformity in a Healed Fracture: A Case of Paediatric Post Traumatic Tibia Valga

Post traumatic tibial valga, also known as Cozen’s phenomenon, is a condition of pathologic knee valgus with variable limb shortening in the affected limb. It late-onset complication following previously healed fracture proximal metaphases. The deforming nature raises much concern for patients and their carers. Despite appearance deformity, child frequently asymptomatic. can be treated successfully watchful waiting supervised neglect that potentially span over few years. In this case report, we emphasise early recognition at risk unique complication. As illustrated not all deformity needs surgery.
